The hair system is incredible, but I’ve heard a lot of systems look good for a few days after the cut-in and then quickly turn lifeless and faded. Can you comment on this?

You always get what you pay for. We use top quality hair and it is up to the user to style and care for their hair. We do not have this issue with our systems, due to the type of hair and the quality of how we produce our products.
