There isn’t one right choice when it comes to adhesive. Double-sided tapes, clips, or glue are your options, and all of them have their own strengths, so it comes down to your preference.
Tapes last 7-10 days but they are considered the easiest and cleanest attachment method. Glues can last up to a month, but are a bit more difficult to cleanup and apply. Clips are fairly easy as well but come with detectability issues as well as the threat of losing some of your natural hair to something called traction alopecia.
